Finding Your CE Certificates
Every time you finish a course with us, your CE Certificate is emailed to you automatically. Here's exactly how it works and what to do if you can't find it. If you don’t find your certificate in your inbox, scroll down to submit a request for a new copy.
On-demand courses
Once you've finished all the videos and quizzes — and scored 70% or higher on the final quiz — your certificate is emailed to you right away.
Live webinars
Our webinars are RACE-approved for live viewing only, so log in for at least part of the live session to earn CE. Your certificate is emailed after the workshop. Replays are there to re-watch — they don't earn CE credit.
Don't see your certificate? Start here
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders — that's where certificates hide most often.
- Search your email for “introvet” across all folders, including trash and junk.
- Make sure you’re checking the right inbox. Most of us have multiple email addresses these days. It’s easy to get work and personal mixed up!
- Add us to your contacts or safe-sender list so future certificates land in your inbox:
