Webinars (Live Virtual CE): You’ll receive your certificate by email, typically within 24 hours after completion of the program. (see example below)

On Demand Video Courses: You'll receive your certificate immediately by email, upon successful completion of the entire course and passing quiz score (70% or better). (see example below)

If you cannot find this email:

• Use your email’s search bar to see which folder it’s been sent to. Type “CE Certificate” or [email protected] in the search bar, and select the option to search “all folders” or “all mailboxes”. 
• Check your spam/junk folders.
• If you find one of our emails in your junk folder, please mark it as “not spam” or add IntroVet to your safe senders list.
• If you still cannot find the email, contact us if you need further assistance! We’re always available to help.

In person programs: The Texas Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners requires that each attendee personally check in AND check out of the conference in order to receive credit for the CE hours attended. Please arrive early to sign-in and receive your registration packet. Then don’t forget to CHECK OUT before you leave! We will provide you with a printed certificate verifying your CE hours. According to TBVME regulations, IntroVet® CANNOT mail your certificate if you forget to pick yours up! It must be obtained in person, before you leave.

If you need a copy of your CE Certificate from an LSVA webinar or in person conference, please email us at [email protected]. If you need a CE Certificate from a completed on demand video course, you can find those certificates under the My Certificates tab of your account at www.lonestarvetacademy.com. 

To view recordings and course materials, first log in to our website by clicking the "Log In" button. If you're not logged in, enter your username and password. Once logged in, you'll be directed to your library. Scroll to find the specific webinar or course, such as "IntroVets 3rd Annual Free CE Day." If you're new or have a few courses, it should be on the first page. Recordings will be available in the same section by the afternoon of the next business day following the event, where you can click "watch the replay" to view the video. This process applies to all courses and webinars you're enrolled in. Enjoy your learning!

1. Log into your account at introvetce.com (click "Log In" in the top right corner)
2. You'll land on your Personal Course Library — this is your home base where all your registered courses appear
3. Scroll down to find your course, then click anywhere on the title or image to open it
4. On the next screen, click "Start Course" and you're off!

Quick tip: Don't use the top menu links (Online CE, In-Person CE) to find courses you've already registered for — those show our full catalog of NEW courses. Your registered courses are always in your Personal Course Library.

The first thing you'll want to do is log into your account at introvetce.com. Once you're in, you'll land on your Personal Course Library.

At the very top of your library, you'll see a "Start Here" module — click into that first! Inside, you'll find everything you need to know about navigating your membership, accessing your courses, downloading clinical resources, and making the most of your Academy benefits.

After you've gone through the Start Here module, you'll be ready to explore your full library of on-demand courses, downloadable resources, and more.

From our homepage, click "Log In" in the top right corner of your screen. If you're on a mobile device, tap the three bars (menu icon) in the upper right corner, then tap "Log In" at the bottom of the dropdown menu.

Enter your username (the email address you used when you registered) and your password. Once logged in, you'll land on your Personal Course Library, where you'll find all the courses you're currently registered for.

Forgot your password? Click "Forgot Password" from the login screen and follow the prompts to reset it. If you get stuck, email us at [email protected] and we'll help you get back in!

If you have signed up for newsletters in the past, or for a program in the past, but no longer wish to receive emails, you may opt-out at any time by using the opt-out link provided at the bottom of the email.

Yes! All our courses are submitted for RACE Approval, and we are an NYSED-approved sponsor of continuing education for New York-licensed veterinarians and technicians. Specific details of approvals and pending approvals can be found on each course information page.

Yes! We regularly host free, sponsored live webinars that are RACE-approved and open to veterinary technicians as well as veterinarians — same content, same CE certificate delivered by email. The best way to catch them is to join our newsletter, where we send free CE alerts as new programs are announced.

Like all our programs, free webinars require your license number and state at registration, and you’ll need to attend at least part of the program live to earn CE credit.

As of January 2021, RACE Providers like IntroVet are required to keep a record of each attendee’s license number and state. The AAVSB RACE requires that these records be maintained using a centralized database, known as RACEtrack®. Only license numbers and states of licensure are provided to the AAVSB through RACEtrack. No other personal data is shared.

Create your own RACEtrack account! RACEtrack is a free service that allows veterinary professionals the chance to keep a record of all continuing education (CE) coursework. This system also easily communicates your CE hours earned to credentialing agencies (state veterinary boards) that may request records from you. VIEW WEBSITE

Currently, RACEtrack records are only required for veterinarians and technicians who are licensed to practice in the USA.

Yes! IntroVet is an NYSED Approved Sponsor, for providing continuing education to veterinarians and veterinary technicians licensed in New York State.

In-person workshops and the virtual livestream of in-person workshops are not included in IntroVet Academy Lite or Pro membership, but IntroVet® Academy Pro Members DO receive a 10% discount on workshops not already included in their membership!

You do not need to be a member to register for individual courses!
However, without a membership, you will not have access to monthly Clinical Resources and new on-demand courses released each quarter. Members also enjoy substantial cost savings over choosing courses individually.

Yes! Your IntroVet® Academy membership will auto-renew annually — every year, or every 365 days from your billing cycle date.

You are responsible for having an active card at time of renewal in order to maintain your membership. If you decide to cancel, you must do so 5 business days prior to your next renewal date.

To cancel, please CLICK HERE and complete the cancellation form. If you are filling out this form your request must be made 5 business days in advance of your next billing period.

Why 5 days? While we’re usually faster, it does take a little time to update your renewal settings and course access when you decide to cancel. Giving 5 days’ notice ensures we’re able to update all your account features and avoid unwanted charges before your next renewal cycle begins!

Otherwise, your billing will automatically renew, and you will not be refunded. Every bank has a different payment pending window (the time in which your bank or card begins processing a recurring payment before it actually shows up in your account) and we reserve the right to process your request within 24hrs of receipt plus the 2–3 business days that your payment MAY already be pending, of which we do not control.

If you find IntroVet® Academy is not the right fit for you, you may cancel at any time.

Please note that, per AAVSB RACE guidelines, attendees must log in for at least a portion of a live CE program in order to receive a CE Certificate. You can log in from your computer, cell phone (by downloading the zoom app), or can call in by telephone to listen.

A recording of your workshop will be uploaded to your IntroVet® Personal Course Library approximately 24 hours after the conclusion of the program, so you can catch up on anything you might want to revisit. Click here for a video tutorial.

If you cannot attend any portion of the webinar live, you can opt to receive the recording and course notes without receiving a CE Certificate, or you can email us to request a refund. Please review our refund policy.

Refunds Due to Event Cancellation: IntroVet® reserves the right to cancel an Event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or any other circumstances which would make the Event non-viable, in IntroVet’s sole and absolute discretion, and without liability to any registrant. If IntroVet® cancels an Event, registrants will be offered a full refund of their Registration Fee, and no Cancellation Fee will apply.

Yes, it is possible to receive a refund by following the guidelines below.

Refund Deadline: Registration fees are non-refundable beginning on the 60th calendar day prior to the Webinar or In-Person Event (the “Refund Deadline”) and thereafter. All requests for a refund must be received in writing prior to the Refund Deadline to be eligible. We cannot honor any refund request submitted after the Refund Deadline for any reason, without exception.

Cancel in Writing: To be eligible for a refund, a cancellation request must be received by us in writing at [email protected] prior to the Refund Deadline.

Cancellation Fee: All eligible refund requests submitted prior to the Refund Deadline are subject to a $50 cancellation processing fee (the “Cancellation Fee”).

No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds. For example, IntroVet® Academy Members are not eligible for refunds for single Events or Courses under any circumstances.

No Transfers: Registration is exclusively for the registered party and is strictly non-transferable.

Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed via check or reimbursed to the credit card used for payment. Your refund amount will be the Registration Fee minus the Cancellation Fee. Please allow 15 calendar days to receive your refund.

Refunds Due to Registration Refusal: IntroVet® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration for any reason. If IntroVet® refuses or cancels a registration, the registrant will be offered a full refund, provided such cancellation is not the result of the Registrant breaking the Code of Conduct or violating eligibility requirements.

Refunds Due to Event Cancellation: IntroVet® reserves the right to cancel an Event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or any other circumstances which would make the Event non-viable. If IntroVet® cancels an Event, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Refund Option Due to Rescheduling: Should circumstances arise that result in the rescheduling of an Event, registrants will have the option to either A) receive a full refund, or B) transfer their registration to the same Event at the rescheduled date. To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the notice of rescheduling is published.

This does not mean the hotel is sold out! Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted. Cash is NOT an accepted form of payment for registration. 

All registrants, by virtue of their registration, agree to abide by IntroVet®'s Code of Conduct.

IntroVet® is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of Event participants in any form, whether physical, verbal, or in digital or printed materials. Sexual or rude language and imagery is not appropriate for anything related to our Events.

Event registrants, participants, exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers are required to follow the Code of Conduct stipulated by IntroVet®, including all updates, additions, and modifications we make to the Code of Conduct from time to time, whether verbal or in writing, and cooperate with Event staff in Code of Conduct enforcement. This Code of Conduct applies to personal conduct as well as to Sponsor Participation and all related materials.

Speaker presentations and IntroVet® Services are protected by copyrights. Recording, photography, and videography by any unauthorized person is strictly prohibited.

Any person found to be violating the Code of Conduct or any other Event rules instituted by IntroVet® may be expelled from the Event without a refund, and/or refused attendance at future Events, at the sole and absolute discretion of IntroVet®, and potentially subject to other legal recourse.

In registering for any Event or Membership, you agree to hold harmless, indemnify and defend IntroVet® and its owners, agents, affiliates, employees, and the venue from all claims and damages arising from or related to the breach of any terms hereof, including without limitation, the Code of Conduct, as such may be amended from time to time.

Through your registration and attendance of am IntroVet® Event, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed or recorded during the Event. IntroVet reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any IntroVet event without the express written permission of those included in the photograph or video. IntroVet® may use photographs or videos for promotional purposes in publications or other media including without limitation brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, websites, television, etc. Anyone attending a IntroVet® Event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution must send a written notice and an identifying photograph to [email protected] (Your photo will be held in confidence by IntroVet®) within 15 days after the Event. Please note that some photographs are updated to our social media accounts in real-time. If we receive a written request from you (together with an identifying photo) to remove an image of you from our social media accounts we will make commercially reasonable efforts to comply with your request as soon as possible, but in any case within 15 days of receiving your written request. Upon receipt of the notice, IntroVet® will make commercially reasonable efforts to exclude (via redaction, blurring, cropping, or any other method IntroVet® deems appropriate, in its sole and absolute discretion) the requesting party’s image from any promotional media.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all materials written and published by IntroVet® in any format or media, including website content, photos, videography, and Event promotional material are the exclusive intellectual property of IntroVet®, are copyright protected, and may neither be copied, reproduced, altered, modified, or redistributed by any means nor for any purpose whatsoever without the prior express written consent of IntroVet.
