Veterinary medicine is hard, emotionally, mentally, and physically. Between office drama, client complaints, leadership upheaval, and the relentless pace of patient care, it’s no wonder burnout is rampant. This workshop is a reset button. You’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, reframe the thoughts that drain you, and handle challenging situations with more confidence and less reactivity.

Highlights:
  • Identify your typical stress response, understand how it impacts your wellbeing, and practice at least one new regulation tool to replace an old habit
  • Burnout thrives when we believe everything is out of our control - apply the TFA model to reframe and take back control
  • Learn to advocate for yourself at work through contract negotiations, leadership changes, and any other challenge that arises
  • Choose your favorite nervous system regulation tools from those presented and carry your new knowledge forward into a more peaceful life
