COURSE DESCRIPTION
Balancing Behavior: Modify, Medicate, and Manifest
We’ve brought back the attitude experts from our 2024 Behavior-Palooza conference for our biggest certificate program yet! In this 4-part video series, board-certified behaviorists, Drs. Learn and Pike give us new perspectives on understanding the what’s and why’s of pet behavior.
First, lay the groundwork for approaching any behavior using “the six M’s” of care. We’ll spend time unpacking pet body language, behavior modification techniques, and ruling out medical contributors that exacerbate behavioral disorders. From puppy socialization to cognitive decline, we’ll create solid foundations for recognizing and modifying unwanted patterns, and tailor effective therapy protocols to each case. Lastly, get specific solutions for some of the most common client complaints: noise phobias, separation anxiety, house-soiling, and more!
Through this IntroVet Certificate Program, you’ll earn 15.5 hours of RACE Approved CE. Upon successfully passing the final assessment (quiz), you’ll receive an instantly downloadable CE Certificate, as well as a professional Certificate for display in your hospital.
Your Display Certificate will be mailed within 30 days following completion of the program and passage of each assessment.
