COURSE DESCRIPTION

Time for a Catscan

In this five-video course, we’ll take a deep dive into the “inner workings” of cats, as we practice identification of pathology via radiography and ultrasonography. Working from nose to tail, we’ll cover a full assessment of the feline thorax with a focus on lung pathology. Next, we’ll move to the hepatobiliary system, pancreas, and GI tract. In each video, Dr. Gaschen reviews a systematic approach to evaluating radiographs and ultrasound, learning the most important landmarks and understanding normal anatomy. Then apply this step-by-step evaluation as you review dozens of cases with Dr. Gaschen.

Repetition and habit-building are part of the central mission of this course! Head back to practice feeling more confident reading images immediately.
