Dr. Nadine Fiani joins us from Cornell University, where she leads the Dentistry and Oral Surgery service.
Nadine Fiani
BVSc, DAVDC
Dr. Nadine Fiani is an Associate Clinical Professor and Section Chief of Dentistry and Oral Surgery at Cornell University's College of Veterinary Medicine, where she also serves in senior leadership roles within the Cornell University Hospital for Animals. A Diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College and Founding Fellow in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Fiani received her veterinary degree with honors from the University of Sydney and completed her specialty residency at the University of California, Davis. Her career spans clinical practice, academia, and international collaboration.
Dr. Fiani is widely recognized for her expertise in veterinary dentistry and oral surgery, with an extensive record of peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and invited lectures.
She is an award-winning educator and mentor, having received multiple honors for teaching excellence and played a key role in training residents and veterinary students. Her work integrates clinical innovation, research, and education, with a strong emphasis on advancing patient care and fostering the next generation of veterinary specialists.
