Will You Be Our Valentine?

Join us in Dallas, TX this Valentine's Day for a festive evening of education and fun! IntroVet™ has teamed up with the Dallas County Veterinary Medical Association and United Pet Care to bring you a special Veterinary Valentine's Night Out. At this month's meeting of the DCVMA, your evening will begin with dinner, libations, and conversation. Then, we'll welcome delightful guest speaker, Amanda Inman, CVPM, for a lesson in assertive and honest communication - worth three hours of CE!

Facing a dilemma at work? Unsure how to ask for something you need? Bring your questions, and Amanda will help!

See full details below and be sure to RSVP early! Seating is Limited.

Say What You Need To: Professionally Assertive & Honest Conversations

In this two-hour live presentation, we’ll share tools to help veterinary professionals feel comfortable and confident in any conversation – with your staff, your colleagues, and your clients. Practice setting boundaries, resolving conflict, financial discussions, and more. In the first hour, we’ll review communication styles and methods for interacting with individuals who display each style. In the second hour, we’ll workshop real-life conflicts and work through how to communicate both sides and come to a resolution.
