Hi, I'm Jenni — a card-carrying introvert (aka IntroVet)
I founded IntroVet® in 2018 as a self-proclaimed introvert-veterinarian who found traditional conferences overwhelming. I wanted a learning space designed with the introverted professional in mind — practical, engaging content that respects your personal learning style, whether you're on the couch with your pets or out in the great outdoors with your laptop.
I'm still a practicing vet, and our team is still made up of veterinarians, practice managers, and technicians. We know how difficult this field can be, and we want this community to be an easy respite. Not a chore.

What is the difference between IntroVet® Academy LITE and PRO?
LITE members receive instant access to an extensive library of on-demand video courses, get new practice resources delivered straight to their inbox every month, and can enjoy new, member-exclusive on-demand CE every quarter. Save more than $600 per year vs non-members.
PRO members receive all of those benefits, plus access to IntroVet’s live virtual weekend workshops, discounted registration to in-person workshops and their virtual livestream, and discounts on certificate courses not already included in their membership.

Are the courses at IntroVet® Academy RACE approved?
Yes! All our courses are submitted for RACE Approval, and we are an NYSED-approved sponsor of continuing education for New York-licensed veterinarians and technicians. Specific details of approvals and pending approvals can be found on each course information page.
Which IntroVet® Courses are included in each membership?
All on-demand video courses in our On-Demand Library are included in both LITE and PRO Membership. PRO Membership includes all of our certificate courses; LITE includes select certificate courses.
Which IntroVet® Courses are NOT included? In-person workshops and the virtual livestream of in-person workshops are not included in membership — but IntroVet Academy PRO Members receive a 10% discount on anything not already included in their membership!
Can I still sign up for IntroVet® courses individually? Or do I have to be a member?
You do not need to be a member to register for individual courses! We have *some* courses available for individual registration. Certificate Courses and Live Webinars are always available for individual registration and then only select on-demand courses.
However, without a membership, you will not have access to monthly Clinical Resources and new on-demand courses released each quarter. Members also enjoy substantial cost savings over choosing courses individually.

What if it's not for me? Can I cancel my membership?
If you find IntroVet® Academy is not the right fit for you, you may cancel at any time through your IntroVet Account or by emailing us.
When you cancel, you'll still have access to all your member benefits through the end of your billing period - whether monthly or annual. Your cancellation will take effect at midnight on the last day of your active billing period.
Because memberships are not refundable, it's easy to take IntroVet courses for a test-drive first, by signing up for an individual course or live webinar. Questions? Don't hesitate to reach out!
