Get the confidence to say what needs to be said, and do it with kindness
Have you ever had one of these thoughts at work?
“If I have to take the previous shift’s trash out one more time, I’m gonna lose it!”
“I’m so tired of so-and-so never finishing their records.”
“How do they get away with always being late?”
I’m sure we could think of many more! When practices are busy and staff are in short supply, little inefficiencies can blow up into big conflicts quickly. Do you feel comfortable addressing them?
For many of us, the answer is no! That’s why we’re excited to work with board-certified criticalist and communication expert, Dr. Marie Holowaychuk, for a lesson in communication and conflict resolution.
Join us on November 19th to explore strategies for improving communication around the hospital, and get the boost of energy you’ve been needing to speak up at work.
