💪🏾 Introverts Forever: Harnessing The Power Within
While it's true that we live in an extroverted world, being an extrovert isn't BETTER than being an introvert. Vet med is largely comprised of introverts and many feel shame for being who they are in a world that rewards being outspoken and socially driven.
Introversion and extroversion are just our temperaments and - like our eye color - have no inherent goodness or badness. But like any superpower, being an introvert requires some awareness, understanding and intention in order to really thrive as who you are in and outside of vet med.
